About the Backup Email Add-on
It happens. People delete emails, and computers can break down. But if you use the GoDaddy Office 365 Backup Email Add-on, you'll never really lose anything. You can use the Backup Dashboard to search, find and restore the lost data.
What can I back up?
GoDaddy Office 365 Backup Add-on will back up the full email mailbox and calendar, for each user you turn on. All contacts, tasks, notes, and journals, across all turned on users, are also backed up. You can restore any of these entire items in bulk, or you can search for a single item, and restore just that single item.
What if I deleted the folder?
Even if the original folder has been deleted at the restore destination, the Backup Add-on will re-create the folder architecture and restore the file(s) in that recreated folder.
What if a user no longer exists?
Even if an employee leaves your company, and their Office 365 subscription is deleted, the Backup Add-on will keep their content indefinitely; even if you remove that mailbox from your Backup Add-on subscription. To later access that backed up data, you will need to add the user back to your Office 365 subscription, to restore that data.
