Find my Microsoft 365 IMAP or POP settings

Find your Microsoft 365 IMAP or POP settings to manually configure your email account. This is an alternative email setup method for email clients that don't support Microsoft Exchange.

Note: Use IMAP if you have a choice, since it offers better email synchronization across devices and accounts. Learn more about the differences between IMAP and POP.

1. Sign in to Outlook on the web. Use your Microsoft 365 email address and password (your GoDaddy username and password won't work here).
2. In the top right corner, select Settings > View all Outlook settings.
3. Select Mail > Sync email. You'll see the POP, IMAP and SMTP settings for Microsoft 365.
