Removing mobile devices

Because Hosted Exchange limits you to 4 mobile devices per account, you might want to remove devices you no longer use from your account.

To Remove Mobile Devices from Hosted Exchange Accounts

  1. Log in to OWA (more info).
  2. From the Options menu, select See all options...
  3. Click Phone on the left.
  4. Click the Device you want to remove, and then click Delete (Delete).
  5. Confirm you want to delete the device.
