Resetting your password

You can request a new password be sent to you here: https://bookkeeping.godaddy.com/password_recovery/new

If you do not receive the new password within a few hours, please let us know and we'll try again from this end. Occasionally our password reset emails get routed to a spam folder or rejected altogether. If we need to go this route, please include at least two contacts from your account, just to ensure your security.

NOTE: If you created your account via eBay, Google Apps or the Chrome Webstore, your Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping account will not have a password. You'll need to login to Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping the same way you created the account.
