Troubleshoot and fix WordPress plugin errors

From time to time, a WordPress plugin can cause an error or issue with your site. The issues may appear as a fatal or syntax error, or a white screen, among others. Plugin issues can also be responsible for slow sites or a hosting account over-using resources. You have two options when troubleshooting plugin issues:

  • Call our support number and one of our experts can do it for you for a fee.
  • Do it yourself following the instructions in the tables below.

WordPress Premium Support

Our support experts can perform the following services for you for a fee:

  • Enable logs and/or WordPress debug mode to diagnose the issue.
  • Attempt to resolve the issue if the website or logs reveal a plugin or widget related error.
