Upgrade or downgrade WordPress Premium Support
If you use all of your WordPress Premium Support credits for a month, but need us to perform some more work, then it's easy to upgrade your plan to add additional credits.
- Log in to your GoDaddy account and open the WordPress Premium Support Dashboard (Need help opening your product?)
- In the Plan Details section, click Upgrade.
- Select a new plan to change the number of service credits you receive each month.
- Click Go to Cart.
- Complete the checkout process.
Your new plan and additional credits will be ready to use within a few minutes.
